Next NSTA Meetings/Activities:
Monday, July 6, 2009- Student Organization Fair - Summer Orientation 5:00 - 6:00pm in the Maucker Union Coffeehouse. Set-up may begin each afternoon as early as 3:00 pm, and set-up must be finished by 4:45 pm.
Summer Opportunities:
August 3-7, 2009 - The Regional Academy for Math and Science (RAMS) in Oelwein, IA will be hosting a summer camp for middle school students. The camp will focus on fluids, mainly water. They are looking for Science Education majors who are interested in assisting the students in completing lab experiments. The Education majors will also have the opportunity to accompany our group on a trip to the Lost Island waterpark on Aug 8. The Education majors will be paid a $360 stipend for the week.
